【Job Description】
-Manage day-to-day operations and incident handling for Web-Application, Web-gateway, Vulnerlability Assessment .
-Lead vulnerability lifecycle activities: scan setup, report validation, and coordination with customers for remediation.
-Investigate WAF rule issues, false positives, or misconfigurations that impact business services
-Oversee URL filtering policy, proxy behavior, and access control in Prisma Access.
-Drive continuous improvement through SOP creation, automation ideas, and knowledge base articles.
-Act as the main escalation point for critical issues and support the onboarding of new customers
-Monitor dashboard alerts, analyze trends, and prepare monthly status reports.
-Provide training and guidance to junior engineers, and support team performance tracking.

【Qualification】
-Male or Female, Age 30–40
-Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering, IT, or related field
-4–6 years in cybersecurity operations
-Strong knowledge in Web Gateway (Prisma Access), WAF (Cloudflare), and VA tools (Tenable/Qualys)
-Skilled in incident handling, cloud security, and process improvement
-Experience with global teams and enterprise systems
-Strong leadership, task management, and mentoring ability
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English
-Able to work under pressure, flexible, and good at multitasking
