【Job Description】
-Gather business requirements and pain points from each section
-Act as a liaison between departments and the IT team
-Coordinate and monitor IT project timelines and deliverables
-Communicate with external vendors and support implementation follow-up
-Assist in SharePoint migration and user training
-Provide basic support for IT Helpdesk in collaboration with current staff
-Prepare documents such as reports, process flows, and meeting summaries
-Provide backup support when the current IT staff is on leave, and vice versa
【Qualification】
-Male/Female, Age 27-35 Years old
-3-5 years of experience
-Bachelor’s degree in related field
-Good communication in English
-Excellent interpersonal skill
-Able to use a computer, Network Devices, Windows Serve, RPA tooling
-Basic understanding of RPA, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Filesharing, network principles
-Familiarity with RPA (Power Automate, UiPath) Power BI, Power Apps
