【Job Description】
The Planning Department consists of two sections:
Product Planning Section
Marketing Section

The department is engaged in planning, development, and marketing of OEM healthcare-related products.
The Vice Manager will be responsible for overall department management, including progress tracking, risk management, and coordination with each team’s manager.

Example Tasks
- Market research and product strategy planning
- Product planning and development
- Research and sourcing of ingredients and materials for new products
- Supplier development and selection
- Procurement strategy for raw materials and packaging
- Supplier negotiations including pricing and contracts
- Production and process management
- Branding activities
- Marketing strategy planning and execution (both offline and online)

【Qualification】
- Start Date: Immediately
- Language Requirements : Native Thai / Japanese proficiency at N3 level or higher
- Thai nationals only (Half Thai-Japanese candidates are acceptable only if they do not require a visa)
- Gender : Open to all genders
- Has management experience (industry/product type not limited)
- Has marketing experience (industry/product type not limited)
- Has experience in product planning or development (OEM experience is also acceptable; industry experience in healthcare is a plus)
- Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results
- Flexible and adaptable to changing situations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Skilled at information gathering and analysis
- Excellent communication skills
