【Job Description】
-Manage and lead the operations team to ensure accurate and timely execution of daily freight forwarding activities.
-Coordinate with overseas agents and related parties to ensure smooth and efficient shipment processes.
-Monitor and control operational costs, while continuously improving workflow efficiency and service quality.
-Provide excellent customer service and proactively resolve any issues arising during transportation.
-Ensure all operations comply with local and international logistics regulations and standards.
-Review and enhance operational procedures and documentation processes.
-Prepare and present operational performance reports to senior management.
-Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

【Qualification】
-Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.
-At least 5 years of experience in freight forwarding operations, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
-Strong knowledge of international shipping (air & sea), customs clearance, and Incoterms.
-Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
-Good command of English, both spoken and written.
-Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
-Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
-Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
