【Job Description】
・General Affairs / Administration
-Manage office supplies and place orders
-Handle company documents and contracts
-Support internal meetings and company events
-Oversee facility, vehicle, and equipment maintenance
-Handle reception, phone calls, and visitor support
-Maintain and update company rules and manuals
・Human Resources
-Support attendance and payroll management
-Assist with social and labor insurance procedures
-Help with recruitment (job postings, interview scheduling)
-Maintain employee data (via ERP or Excel)
-Prepare labor-related documents and reports
・Purchasing (using ERP)
-Check purchase requests (PR) from each department
-Create and issue purchase orders (PO) via ERP system
-Coordinate with suppliers on delivery and pricing
-Confirm deliveries and inspect goods
-Support invoice checking and payment processing
【Qualification】
-Working experience as admin position in Japanese manufacturing companies
