【Job Description】
-Operate band saws for cutting raw carbon materials
-Perform part machining using milling machines
-Program and operate CNC lathes and milling machines
-Operate machining centers (MC) for high-precision component processing
-Select and fabricate jigs and fixtures for machining processes
-Optimize machining conditions such as cutting speed and feed rate
-Create product and machining drawings using CAD software
-Generate and edit NC programs using CAM software
-Input and simulate machining programs on CNC/MC machines
-Set up and improve production lines and handle troubleshooting
-Collaborate with the quality control department for dimensional inspection and precision evaluation
-Analyze defective products and implement corrective actions
-Prepare work instructions, process charts, and related documentation
-Propose equipment improvements to enhance production efficiency
-Promote workplace safety and 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) activities
-Other tasks assigned

【Qualification】
-Skilled in operating band saws, milling machines, CNC machines, and machining centers (MC)
-Proficient in CAD-CAM design and programming
