【Job Description】
New Business Development
- Explore new business opportunities for PCBA manufacturing and related components.
- Support strategic growth by analyzing market, competition, and industry trends.
- Consult with customers and suppliers through site visits to build long-term relationships and handle project inquiries.

Sales Management
- Oversee the entire sales process, including quoting, negotiation, prototype proposals, and after-sales support.
- Create sales forecasts, update pipelines, and prepare reports for management.

Customer Relations
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with both existing and new customers.
- Respond to inquiries and serve as the main point of contact for progress updates and prototype status.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as sales administration, production, engineering, and warehousing to support customer needs.

Technical and Commercial Support
- Work with the engineering and production teams to understand and address customer requirements.
- Prepare and provide technical and commercial proposals that align with recommendations from the engineering department.

Internal Coordination
- Manage delivery schedules and coordinate with the factory (in collaboration with the engineering and production teams).
- Ensure smooth project execution by cooperating with other departments.

Administrative and Reporting
- Prepare monthly sales reports.
- Negotiate cost reductions with suppliers.
- Handle defective stock (finished goods and raw materials) and coordinate with customers.
- Liaise with the finance department to confirm payment status and follow up on overdue accounts.

【Qualification】
- Ages 25-35
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field from a four-year university
- At least 2 years of experience handling PCBA or related electronic components. Alternatively, candidates with sales experience in the manufacturing industry are also welcome.
- Business-level English proficiency
- Understanding of the PCBA process
- Knowledge of electronic components and supply chain
- Sales experience in PCBA, EMS, or electronics contract manufacturing is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- A driver's license is not required
