                                    【Job Description】
- Manages and plans to achieve the company's sales target
- Coordinates with the team to manage Traditional Trade accounts effectively
- Oversees and monitors the sales staff and develops and implements strategies to improve company sales (Subordinate 5 people in each region) 
- Organizing the sales team to achieve the  daily customer visiting on-site/calling target
- Maintains and builds relationships with customers to drive business outcomes in Traditional Trade Channel
- Serves existing customers by selling products and meeting customer needs
- Establishes new accounts in their own area to find the potential sales outlets and other trade factors
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management
- Collaborates with team members and distributors to achieve better results
【Qualification】
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in related fields
- At least 4 years’ experience in FMCG industry
- High responsibility, quick learning and self-motivated
- Result-oriented with strong selling, presentation and negotiation skills
- Fair command of English communication with computer skills (MS-Office applications)
- Hold a driving license and a private car
- Good in English communication skills (direct report is Japanese who can speak English and a bit of Thai)
