                                    【Job Description】
 ① Initial 1 Year (PASSIVE SALES)
 The primary responsibilities will be customer service for existing clients and project management for newly introduced products until mass production.
- Receive new product forecasts from existing customers, discuss requirements with the in-house technical department, provide delivery dates to customers, and coordinate with internal departments (Logistics, shipping follow-up, delivery).
- Submit supplier quotations and raw material procurement requests to Japan HQ.
- Final verification of invoices and packing lists (PL) submitted to customers.
- Discuss design change requirements from customers with the internal technical team.
- Use ERP for internal systems.
- Communication with overseas customers is mainly via email (online meetings are rare, a few times a year)
 ② After 1 Year of joining (PROACTIVE SALES)
- Target Development: Thai local companies, Chinese companies, US/European companies.
- Travel: Business trips to the US/Europe are estimated to be about once every two years.
【Qualification】
- Age: 35–46 years old (Younger candidates are welcome if highly capable)
- Gender: Any (Female preferred as the role focuses heavily on project coordination)
- Driver's license: Not necessarily required
- Language: English is Business-level or higher (required for negotiation with overseas customers)
    ** Japanese is a plus, but not mandatory
- Skills: Understanding of automotive industry requirements (e.g., IATF, AAPA)
- Experience:
  [Must]
  - Experience in the Japanese automotive parts manufacturing industry is required
  (preference given to experience in small-to-medium-sized companies of around 200–300 employees)
  - Experience in these fields: Engineering (Quality, Design, Project Management, etc), Sales or Technical Sales.

  - Sales experience & Automotive parts manufacturing, especially in plastic injection mold, is perfect match

- Reporting Manager: Japanese MD 
  JP MD has been the Thai subsidiary's MD for about 15 years, is also the HQ President, and travels between Japan & Thailand and China monthly.
