【Job Description】
Production Management & Planning
- Under the instruction of the Factory Manager, verify quantities and processes are correct according to the daily production plan.
- Improve production efficiency and streamline production lines.

Manufacturing Technology Management
- Assist in design using CAD (Creating drawings/blueprints for racks and suggesting improvements).
- Assist in the design of transportation racks necessitated by parts/model changes.
- Knowledge of welding is a plus (preferred).
- Propose manufacturing techniques and improvement measures.

Quality Control (QC)
- Investigate the root cause of quality issues/troubles when they occur.
- Plan and implement corrective actions.
Customer Relations
- Assist the Factory Manager in meetings and coordination with customers.
- Respond to technical consultations regarding design.

Manpower Management Assistance
- Daily staff management, such as adjusting for absences and overtime.
- Liaise with the Factory Manager to instruct and support on-site staff (welding, QC, forklift operators).

***The initial year serves as a structured training period under the current manager. We will ensure you are fully trained, so you don't need to master all duties from day one.


【Qualification】
- Nationality: Thai National
- Age: 28 - 44 years old
- Gender: Any (Male/Female/Other)
- English: Not required
- Japanese: Business Level or higher
- Experience/Skills: Ability to use CAD is preferred/a plus.

【Allowance & Benefit】
- Food Allowance: 50 THB/day
- Food Allowance for Overtime: 45 THB/day
- Transportation Allowance: 55 THB/day

【Working Hour】
Monday - Friday, plus occasional Saturdays
7:40 ～ 16:40
