【Job Description】
- Plan, organize, and manage daily production activities to achieve production targets.
- Ensure compliance with customer’s requirements, safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Supervise, coach, and develop production staff to maximize performance and maintain high team morale.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor production costs, control waste, and improve resource efficiency.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.
- Prepare and analyze production reports and propose solutions for performance gaps.
- Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed to prevent downtime.

【Qualification】
- Male from 35 years.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in production or production engineering.
- Good command of English, with strong communication skills (CEFR B1)
- Background in chemistry will be considered an advantage.
- Japanese language proficiency will be considered an advantage.
