【Job Description】
- Design and develop automotive parts (2nd & 4th wheel resin components) using CAD software (primarily CATIA)
- Execute in-house design projects for company products and handle outsourced design and production tasks from clients
- Perform Guest Engineer duties by working on-site at Japanese automotive manufacturers within Thailand as requested
- Participate in the technical development program, starting with intensive OJT/Off-JT at the Thailand office to refine design skills
- Other related tasks as assigned

★ Career path
- 1st: Join the Thailand office to focus on in-house design and development through specialized OJT/Off-JT to sharpen technical skills.
- 2nd: Upon reaching the required technical and performance standards, relocate to the Japan Headquarters as a Design Engineer
- 3rd: Undertake a multi-year assignment in Japan to gain advanced expertise in automotive resin part design
- 4th: Return to Thailand to utilize international experience in local design projects, or as a senior guest engineer for major Japanese clients

【Qualification】
- Age: 22-35 (** New graduates can be considered)
- Language: Proficient in Japanese OR English
- Proven experience in design and development using CAD software (CATIA preferred).
- Solid background in engineering design, specifically within the automotive or resin parts industry

[Personality]
- Willingness and ability to travel or relocate overseas for project requirements
- Strong communication skills necessary for effective teamwork and collaboration
