【Job Description】
⎼ Support the setup and establishment of the new Representative Office; manage all aspects of general office administration.
⎼ Serve as a key liaison with external accounting firms, providing support for basic accounting and financial duties.
⎼ Prepare and compile comprehensive reports and documents for submission to the Head Office in Japan.
⎼ Provide comprehensive support to Japanese expatriates, including personal arrangements, bookings, and handling contract management.
⎼ Manage and process applications and renewals for Visas, Work Permits, and 90-Day reporting.
⎼ Provide necessary interpretation support for internal and external communications.
⎼ Other related tasks as assigned.
【Qualification】
⎼ Thai nationality
⎼ Female
⎼ Age: 28-35 years old
⎼ Business-level Japanese (JLPT N2 minimum equivalent)
⎼ Fluent command of Business-level English.
⎼ Minimum 3 years of administrative experience, preferably gained within a Japanese corporate environment
⎼ Experience in new office setup or a start-up environment is highly advantageous

⎼ Work Days: Monday to Friday (5-day work week).
