- Preparation for the opening of the first store in Thailand
- Recruitment activities for three additional employees
- Training during the pre-opening period
- Handling various application procedures
- Managing employee attendance
- Overseeing store operations after grand-opening
- Developing workflows in Thailand based on Japanese policies
- Staffing and employee management
- Communicating directives from the Japanese headquarters to Thai employees

【Qualification】
- Thai nationality
- Female
- Age 28-42 years old
- Japanese: Business level or N2
- Those people who are interested in Japanese culture and Japanese food
- Experience in food industry, hospitality industry or customer service industry will be advantage
