【Job Description】
⎼ Manage immigration cases, including both BOI and non-BOI applications for corporate and consumer clients.
⎼ Assist the clients in obtaining their work permits and visas including other immigration services. Immigration services include, but are not limited to, re-entry permit, 90-day report, visa cancellation, visa transfer, and revision of address in work permit.
⎼ Communicate and coordinate with the foreign assignees, local HR, and Global Mobility Partner
⎼ Keep track and input data in the internal system and activity report in Excel
⎼ Issue invoices by using the internal system
⎼ Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
⎼ Bachelor's degree in a related field.
⎼ Proficient in English verbal and written communication.
⎼ Strong problem-solving skills when faced with challenges and rejections.
⎼ Skilled in resolving conflict and analyzing information.
⎼ Possess a positive attitude, be a good team player, a fast learner, and flexible.
⎼ Demonstrate a customer service mindset and be responsible and reliable.
⎼ Approach work with a sense of urgency and diligence and can see things through to completion.
⎼ Be humble, a team player, detailed, and quality-driven.
⎼ Proficiency to work with CRM, Excel, Word, Outlook, Ect.

【Allowance & Benefit】
⎼ Health coverage: not to exceed 1 month's salary per year.
⎼ Provident fund: 5% after probation.
⎼ Life insurance after probation.
⎼ 13th Salary: paid in the next payout cycle after completing 1 year of employment.
⎼ Annual leave: 5 days per year (pro-rated, after probation), increasing to 10 days after 1 year of employment.

【Working Hour】
Monday - Friday : 8.00-17.00
