【Job Description】
- Support in designing and maintaining data pipelines for multiple data sources (CRM, ERP, Mobile App, external APIs).
- Perform data cleaning, transformation, and standardization to ensure quality and consistency.
- Assist in developing ETL processes using SQL, Python, or BI tools.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau for key stakeholders
- Conduct data exploration and analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for innovation.
- Assist in data preparation for machine learning and generative AI model training.
- Collaborate with data engineers to test and evaluate model performance.
- Document model results and data validation findings

【Qualification】
- Age 25 - 28  years old
- Bachelor’s in computer science, Data Engineering, or related fields.
- 2 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
- Basic skills in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (Power BI)
- Basic understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Understanding data modeling, ETL concepts, and API integration.
- Strong analytical mindset and interest in AI and emerging technologies.
- Learn and apply new AI/ML tools and technologies.
- Understanding of Business analyst and technical requirements Microsoft Power BI.
- Passion for continuous learning in AI.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and tools.
- Good attitude and curious mindset and willingness to learn.
- Can work under service mind and work well under pressure.
- Driven, Energetic, Analytical, Forward-Thinking with good interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Have strong problems solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure of deadlines.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
