【Job Description】
1. Operations Management
-Overseeing import and export processes to ensure compliance with regulations.
-Coordinating with merchandise or buying team, freight forwarders, and customs broker.
-Ensuring timely delivery and receipt of goods.
2. Compliance & Document
-Ensure that import and export processes comply with international trade laws.
-Verify the accuracy of required documents, such as invoices, bills of lading, FTA form and customs declarations.
-Check the accuracy of customs duty rates and product tariff classifications.
3. Problem-Solving & Risk Management
-Handling delays, customs issues, or damaged shipments.
-Resolving any disputes related to shipments.

【Qualification】
-Female, age 35 years old.
-Bachelor's Degree in International Business / Administration or related fields.
-At least 5 years' experience in Import & Export job function.
-Knowledge of FTA (Form D, E, AI, JTEPA) and H.S. code classification would be an advantage.
-Good at Microsoft office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Powe BI).
-Good attitude, self-motivated, dynamic, hard-working, and able to work under pressure and flexible hours
-Strong interpersonal and cooperation with all levels including management.
-Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments
