【Job Description】
⎼ Collect and aggregate production-related data from various sources (sales, order, production).
⎼ Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in the production process.
⎼ Develop, propose, and present actionable improvement strategies and solutions based on data analysis findings to Japanese management and executive levels.
⎼ Translate data insights into clear, effective production plans to optimize operational efficiency.
⎼ Collaborate with the team to ensure data accuracy and integrity across all production-related systems.
⎼ Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
⎼ Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
⎼ Proven experience in data analysis, data mining, and reporting, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
⎼ Demonstrated presentation skills with the ability to clearly and persuasively communicate data-driven insights and proposed solutions to a diverse audience, including executive management.
⎼ Proficiency in data analysis tools, including advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas) and handling CSV files.
⎼ Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
⎼ While the preferred age range is 20s to early 30s, candidates outside this range with strong, relevant professional experience will be seriously considered.
