【Job Description】
- Plan and execute sales activities to achieve the company’s sales targets.
- Identify and acquire new customers (Japanese restaurants, hotels, retail stores, supermarkets, distributors, etc.) while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat orders.
- Present products, prepare quotations, and conduct sales negotiations in accordance with company policies.
- The price quoted in the quotation submitted to the customer must be approved by the company's director.
- Coordinate with the admin and warehouse/logistics staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Prepare and submit sales summary reports, customer visit plans, and weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Prepare reports summarizing sales results, new customer acquisitions, and any issues encountered during the sales process.
- Collect and analyze market and competitor information to propose strategies for sales improvement.
- Participate in promotional events, trade shows, or product sampling activities according to the company’s marketing plan.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
- When assigned to perform inside sales duties, conduct appointment setting for new customer acquisition, handle inquiries, and process orders from the office.
- Any other related jobs.
【Qualification】
- Thai or Japanese nationality.
- Gender is not specified (unisex).
- Age range: 25-45 years old.
- Japanese skill: Business level.
- Strong proposal skills, active listening, and a high level of self-motivation to resolve customer issues.
- Preferential consideration for candidates with experience in rice sales.
- Demonstrable commitment to achieving numerical targets.
【Salary】
- Base: 20,000 B
- Sales Allowance: 10,000 B
- Japanese Customer Support Allowance:20,000 B
- Sales Commission of up to +200,000 B based on sales performance

Mon-Sat 8:00-17:00
*Attendance at the office is only required on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
*On all other weekdays, you will be engaged in client visits. Saturdays are, in principle, Work From Home (WFH).
*We do not track time and attendance; you will be responsible for managing your own schedule based on your workload and priorities.
