【Job Description】
- New sales to clients such as developers, trading companies, manufacturers, and industrial parks.
- Acquiring the contract on the construction projects.
- Obtaining construction bidding information.
- Building trusting relationships with clients.
- Coordinating with the company's manager, design and architectural departments for bidding projects .
- Coordinating and negotiating with internal and external parties.
- Collecting information on the construction industry and clients.

【Qualification】
- Thai Nationality, Male and Female, Age 35-50 years old
- Job experience as the sale person in the filed of general construction company
- Have a good connection with land developer, manufacturing company, logistics company etc.
- Good command in English both speaking and writing (conversational level)
- Working experiences from construction business
- Working experiences from Japanese companies
