【Job Description】
Strategic Business Growth and Client Acquisition
- Identifying new market opportunities, cultivating a qualified sales pipeline.
- Securing new accounts consistently surpasses predetermined revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Manage and service existing customer accounts with a focus on long-term satisfaction and loyalty
- Proactively engaging clients through scheduled meetings and frequent communication to understand and address their evolving needs.
Proposal and Solution Design
- Prepare detailed and accurate quotations and proposals that are custom designed based on specific client requirements and technical specifications.
- Ensuring the proposed solutions are clearly defined and aligned with client expectations.
International Production Liaison
- Collaborate directly with affiliate factories overseas (including Japan, Vietnam, and Indonesia) to effectively translate client needs into viable production plans and technical requirements.
- Ensuring seamless alignment between sales commitments and manufacturing capabilities.
Operational Support
- Execute essential sales-related projects and tasks to support the efficient functioning and objectives of the Sales Department.
【Qualification】
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Packaging Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in the packaging industry is an advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication in English.
- Good interpersonal & communication skills, presentation skills, service mind.
- Positive attitude and capable of working in a team under high-pressure situations.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally, to meet clients and liaise with overseas production facilities.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, with analytical ability (Adobe Illustrator is optional).
