【Job Description】
1. Strategic Business Growth and Client Acquisition
•Identifying new market opportunities, cultivating a qualified sales pipeline.
•Securing new accounts consistently surpasses predetermined revenue targets.
2. Client Relationship Management
•Manage and service existing customer accounts with a focus on long-term satisfaction and loyalty
•Proactively engaging clients through scheduled meetings and frequent communication to understand and address their evolving needs.
3. Proposal and Solution Design
•Prepare detailed and accurate quotations and proposals that are custom designed based on specific client requirements and technical specifications.
•Ensuring the proposed solutions are clearly defined and aligned with client expectations.
4. International Production Liaison
•Collaborate directly with affiliate factories overseas (including Japan, Vietnam, and Indonesia) to effectively translate client needs into viable production plans and technical requirements.
•Ensuring seamless alignment between sales commitments and manufacturing capabilities.
5. Operational Support
•Execute essential sales-related projects and tasks to support the efficient functioning and objectives of the Sales Department.


【Qualification】
•Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Packaging Technology, or a related field.
•Experience in the packaging industry is an advantage.
•Good written and verbal communication in English.
•Good interpersonal & communication skills, presentation skills, service mind.
•Positive attitude and capable of working in a team under high-pressure situations.
•Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
•Willingness and ability to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally, to meet clients and liaise with overseas production facilities.
•Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, with analytical ability (Adobe Illustrator is optional).
