【Job Description】
⎼ Lead and manage the production team, overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency.
⎼ Develop and manage production plans to meet company targets.
⎼ Design and continuously improve production processes (Kaizen).
⎼ Monitor and verify the status of the production line and output quality.
⎼ Solve and respond to on-site production issues and deviations immediately.
⎼ Coordinate and implement scheduled maintenance, cooperating closely with the Maintenance Department.
⎼ Provide support and assistance to the Production Assistant Manager.
⎼ Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
⎼ Proven experience (3+ years) in a manufacturing or factory environment is required.
⎼ Must have experience as a Process Engineer or Production Engineer.
⎼ Ability to operate and troubleshoot mechanical equipment.
⎼ Management experience over 10-15 subordinates is highly desirable.
⎼ Target age range is 28–34 years old, though highly experienced candidates outside this range will be considered.
⎼ Good communication skills in English (equivalent to TOEIC 500) for reading and writing emails is preferred but not mandatory.

8:00 - 17:00 (Mon. - Fri.)
