【Job Description】
- Oversee daily operations of the CNC Machining line
- Monitor production output, machine performance and cycle times
- Ensure proper machine setup, tooling preparation and process stability
- Analyze machining processes and implement improvements to reduce cycle time
- Ensure products meet engineering drawings specifications and quality standards
- Ensure CNC line operations comply with company safety policies and industry standard

【Qualification】
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics
- At least 2 years of experience in Kaizen projects in manufacturing fields
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with machine especially CNC or Production Machine field
- Experience in Machining part especially CNC part
- Have experience in lead production and skill in GD&T
- Proficient in AutoCAD and creating 2D and 3D drawings
