【Job Description】
- Responsible in Assembly process
- Optimizes the use of manpower, operation time and methods as standard in the manufacturing processes
- Follow up and check the basic part quality during the manufacturing as standard determined
- Create standard work process and work instructions for the manufacturing line and monitor to ensure compliance with the instructions
- Analyze/solve and improve the manufacturing process to high efficiency
- To implement the controlling and follow up the improve methods/processes/equipment in the production lines
- Finding New technology to support production improvement

【Qualification】
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering
- At least 3 years experiences in Production Engineering in manufacturing factory
- Having knowledge about Engine will be advantaged
- Experience with Painting process & Engine Assembly will be advantaged
- Good communication and leadership skills

【Allowance & Benefit】
