【Job Description】
- Study and analyze work processes, workflow and systems to identify improvement opportunities
- Plan, lead and manage Kaizen/Lean improvement projects
- Implement initiative to reduce waste (Muda), improve lead time, lower costs and enhance productivity and enhance productivity and efficiency
- Facilitate and support Kaizen activities, including workshops, cross-function improvement events
- Prepare improvement reports and documentation to track progress and outcomes, present project results to management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sustainability of improvements and promote a culture of continuous improvement

【Qualification】
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics
- At least 2 years of experience in Kaizen projects in manufacturing fields
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to use PLC systems and industrial automation is required
- Experience working with machine especially CNC
- Proficient in AutoCAD and creating 2D and 3D drawings
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or other improvement methodologies is a plus
