【Job Description】
- Manage warranty claims and customer quality issues
- Analyze claim data, identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Coordinate with production, engineering and suppliers to address quality concerns
- Monitor warranty trends and provide feedback to improve product reliability
- Maintain proper documentation for claims, report and corrective actions
- Support audits and customer visits related to product quality and warranty matters
【Qualification】
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quality Engineer preferably in warranty or customer claims management
- Experience in automotive or manufacturing industry
- Proficiency in English TOEIC scores 550 up is required
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple claims simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
