【Job Description】
⎼ Lead hunting-style new business development by managing the end-to-end sales cycle, including target selection, cold calling, client visits, and RFQ acquisition.
⎼ Handle technical sales processes, including quotations, price negotiations, closing deals, and post-sales follow-up.
⎼ Develop a deep understanding of coils and slit products to provide effective solutions and increase sales volume.
⎼ Conduct comprehensive market research and information gathering to refine sales strategies and report findings to management.
⎼ Ensure accurate and prompt preparation of meeting minutes and all necessary sales documentation.
⎼ Collaborate closely with the Sales Chief and Japanese Manager as a key member responsible for expanding new business initiatives.
⎼ Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
- Gender: Any
- Age: Approximately 26-39 preferred
⎼ Language: Business-level English proficiency
** Capable of conducting meetings, negotiations, and professional correspondence
⎼ PC skill: High proficiency in Excel for reporting and sales calculations.
- Experience:
Over 4 years of sales experience, with a proven ability to operate independently and deliver immediate results.
Proactive mindset with a strong drive to visit new customers and high stress tolerance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and logical thinking skills.
Proficient in market research, data collection, and numerical analysis.
Experience in industrial products or manufacturing

【Working Hour】
Working hours: 8:00 - 17:00

- 15 internal support staff & 1 Sales representative in the Sales department.
- Reporting Line: Japanese Sales Manager (Reporting in English)
