【Job Description】
-Work inspection standard of Quality Control Inspection all parts (WI, Procedure, Training)
-Develop and implement inspection standards for Measuring instrument method (CMM, Measuring Microscope, -Centracor, Roundness tester, Surface roughness, Contour measurement, etc.)
-Measuring instrument method improvement (Auto program measuring)
-Quality Meeting follow up of Work inspection method issue.
-Manage and optimize product quality by working with all departments and assist with the implementation of standard processes.
-Control the quality of parts according to company target and customer requirement.
-Prepare the action plan for continuous improvement of quality of Products.
-Take the principles of 8D methodology as well as the statistical analyzes to determine the root cause and corrective & preventive action addressed.
-Analyze and solve problems associated with in-process on the production line. (Machining, Auto-Lathe).
-Follow up and take corrective and preventive action while problem occurred and control the change as requirement.
-Keeping measurement equipment operating accurately by following calibration requirements and calling for repairs
-Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
-Other duties assigned by Supervisor.

【Qualification】
-Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
-Minimum 3 years’ experience in Quality Assurance (QA) / Quality Control (QC).
-Strong understanding of QA systems, measurement tools, equipment control, and advanced auditing.
-Strong understanding of Machining process (CNC Auto lathe or Business same type only)
-Strong understanding of Instrument equipment (CMM, Measuring Microscope, Centracor, Roundness tester, Surface roughness, Contour measurement, etc.)
-Knowledgeable in Quality tools (7 QC Tools, 5 whys, Cpk, GR&R, 8D report etc.)
-Knowledgeable ISO9001, IATF16949, APQP, PPAP, etc.
