【Job Description】
-Manage and supervise all activities related to the production process.
-Monitor and analyze production data and make necessary decisions to improve efficiency.
-Implement production improvement and 5S management activities.
-Ensure all resources, machines, and equipment are efficiently and properly maintained.

【Qualification】
-Gender: Male or Female
-Age: 35 - 40 years old
-Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Industrial Engineering
-At least 10 years of experience in a production department.
-Minimum 5 years of experience in a management or supervisory role.
-Strong leadership and management skills.
-Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
