【Job Description】
-Develop and prepare strategic plans for the Maintenance Department in alignment with the organization's overall objectives.
-Manage and oversee all maintenance activities and team operations to achieve departmental goals.
-Support and transfer job responsibilities in accordance with the succession plan.

【Qualification】
-Gender: Male
-Age: 35 years old and above
-Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
-Minimum 10 years of experience in a Maintenance Department.
-At least 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
-Knowledge of PLC, Inverter Controllers, and Automation systems is an advantage.
