【Job Description】
-Conduct testing and experiments to reduce waste in the production process and minimize rework.
-Propose ideas for experimentation, process improvement, and production enhancement.
-Coordinate with the production department for analysis and continuous improvement activities.

【Qualification】
-Gender: Male
-Age: 30 - 40 years old
-Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Industrial Engineering
-Minimum 5 years of experience in a factory environment.
-Experience as a project leader for improvement activities is an advantage.
-Proficient in FMEA, APQP, MSA, SPC, PPAP, and IATF 16949.
-Experience in new model launches.
-Ability to coordinate and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
