【Job Description】
⎼ Strategize and implement measures to enhance overall production productivity.
⎼ Focus on reducing factory labor rates and optimizing operational costs.
⎼ Oversee production cost management and ensure financial efficiency within the department.
⎼ Develop and execute production plans in strict accordance with established targets.
⎼ Monitor and manage Work-In-Process (WIP) levels to ensure smooth manufacturing flow.
⎼ Control and minimize rejection rates through effective quality oversight.
⎼ Drive continuous improvement initiatives (KAIZEN) within the production line.
⎼ Manage production working hours effectively to minimize idle time and optimize labor utilization.
⎼ Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
⎼ Male, aged 40 years or below.
⎼ Proficient in English communication.
⎼ Possess a calm and composed professional demeanor; avoids excessive talking without substance.
⎼ Pragmatic and action-oriented leader who prioritizes practical results over theoretical arguments.
⎼ Strong active listening skills with an open-minded approach to feedback and teamwork.
⎼ Ability to collaborate effectively and professionally with female management members.
⎼ Proven experience in production management, cost control, and productivity improvement.
