【Job Description】
-A technical engineers actively works to identify and meet the needs of customers by good communication,
-Defines annual, value-creating goals consistent with TMC business strategy.
-Develops and builds relationships with internal and external customers and influencers.
-Recognizes, anticipates and solves customer problems resulting in business opportunities and our revenue growth.
-Achieves engineers goals and objectives in assigned territory as derived from business strategies and marketing plans.
-Develops knowledge of assigned process, PU Foaming/ Plastic Bonding/ Cooler Box Assemble process
-Understands and proactively analyzes customers’ product and service needs, industry, and business.
-Shares business and industry intelligence with TMC counterparts (marketing, sales, product Development, production, purchasing, etc) to promote increased value and cost saving

【Qualification】
-Male, Age 35-47 Years old.
-Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering or mechanical Engineering or chemistroy
-Minimum 3 years experience in appliance, automotive, cold chain, chemical industry as a engineer.
-Entrepreneurship-driven, self-motivated, proactive.
-Willing to act beyond existing practices/boundaries and go for extra miles
-Willing and capable to create and implement new things and drive for the optimal results
-Open mindset and cultural flexibility
-Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.(TOEIC score 600 up)
-Good leadership, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
-Collaborative, team player
-Good command of written and spoken English
-Good presentation skills and experienced project management skills.
-Profit/cost conscious.
-Quick learner of new applications and technologies.
-Possess strong analytical skills and problem-solving skill

【Allowance & Benefit】

Monday-Friday and Saturday - Every Other Week, 8.00-17.00
