【Job Description】
• Prepare Quotation for new requirement, cost simulation and any price requirements.
• Monitor claim and complaint issues by coordinating with concern department (FQE, Logistic) to solve problems.
• Analyze customer’s forecast data to ensure accurate information, input to company system and report to Manager.
• Making monthly/yearly sales plan based on customer’s forecast and market information and monitoring order to achieve sales target.
• Responsibility of customer’s order for delivery on time and negotiating with customer for appropriate L/T, schedule and forecast to prevent the production’s line stop.
• Coordinate with Japan HQ, factory and oversea branches (in English) for getting support customer’s requirement.
• Document Support to customers.
• Find new customers and maintain current customers to increase sales and profit.
• To get customer satisfaction by maintaining and developing relations.
【Qualification】
• Male or Female, Thai national, age not over 35 years old.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 2 years’ experience in the field of sales, marketing and customer service.
• Good in English (Toeic score 500+)
• Experience in B2B sales, industrial products, or semiconductor business is an advantage.
• Excellent in using computer software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power Apps, etc.
• Able to work under pressure and work as team.
• Adjustable personality, High motivation and positive thinking.
• Having own car and license.
【Allowance & Benefit】
•Japanese Language Allowance 1,000 – 15,000 THB (depending on level)
•Sales Allowance 2,800 – 3,500 THB
•Additional Travel Support : Company supports fuel, express way, and distance allowance
•Other Benefits (completed probation 90 days)
- Car Maintenance 5,000 THB./Month (for Sales and FAE position)
- Apartment Allowance (if any) 3,000 THB after completed probation for room rental only.
- Bonus average 3 months / payment 2 times Jun and Dec.
- Annual salary increase around 3-5%
- Provident Fund 3-7% Company contribution.

【Working Hour】
Monday to Friday and flexible working hours (8 hrs./day)
