【Job Description】
-Manage and lead the procurement team.
-Act as the primary point of contact for receiving and distributing information, orders, and requests from all relevant parties.
-Prepare and submit key reports, such as Inventory Turnover reports.
-Coordinate with all RMT teams, suppliers, and the Japan team to ensure a smooth procurement process.
-Lead problem-solving initiatives and continuously seek to improve procurement processes.

【Qualification】
-Male/Female, Age 40 Years old above
-Bachelor's degree in related fields.
-Experience in parts procurement, preferably with Japanese companies.
-Minimum of 2–3 years of team management or supervisory experience.
-Japanese language proficiency at a communicative level *(JLPT N2–N1 preferred)*.
-Experience in people management or team coordination.
-Knowledge of inventory management systems such as ERP or SAP, or experience in preparing inventory management reports.
-A proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently.
-Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide guidance and support to the team.

【Working Hour】
-Monday-Friday, 8.00-17.40
