【Job Description】
- Assist the sales team in preparing and processing sales orders, quotations, and invoices
- Coordinate with customers and suppliers to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery
- Maintain and update customer and sales data in the company’s database or CRM system
- Prepare and organize sales reports, presentations, and other documents as requested by the sales team or management
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the production department to ensure product availability
- Handle customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, delivery status, and after-sales support
- Liaise between the company’s head office in Japan and the Thai office, ensuring clear communication and smooth operations
- Manage and schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team with clients or suppliers
- Assist in preparing contracts and agreements related to sales and business partnerships
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations in all sales-related activities
- Support the team in identifying market trends, competitor activities, and potential new business opportunities

【Qualification】
- Any Gender
- Bachelor's Degree or above
- Prefer those who have experience in sales coordination work
- Japanese & English : Dairy level or above

【Allowance & Benefit】
- Lunch Allowance: 50 THB/day
- Attendance Bonus: 1,000 THB
- Transportation Allowance: Actual rate (Maximum 3,000 THB)
