【Job Description】
⎼ Lead and implement continuous improvement and optimization initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes and operational efficiency.
⎼ Develop and maintain technical specifications, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions to ensure standardized production activities.
⎼ Provide expert technical support, in-depth analysis, and troubleshooting for complex production issues.
⎼ Ensure all manufacturing operations and processes strictly comply with international standards, including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001.
⎼ Conduct detailed root cause analysis (RCA) using analytical and logical thinking to resolve technical problems and prepare comprehensive technical reports.
⎼ Supervise the technical team and provide direct instructions to the production floor to coordinate daily activities and achieve production goals.
⎼ Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
⎼ Bachelor's Degree or higher in Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other related Industrial Engineering fields.
⎼ Minimum of 5 years of practical engineering experience within the manufacturing sector.
⎼ Possess strong theoretical and practical knowledge of Quality and Environmental Management Systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001).
⎼ Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills are essential.
⎼ Age range of 28 to 35 years old.
⎼ Proficient in using PC applications, particularly the Microsoft Office suite.
⎼ Moderate English communication ability; Japanese language proficiency is a significant advantage.

【Allowance & Benefit】
⎼ Positiom Allowance: 2,000THB
⎼ Meal Allowance: 50 THB / day.
⎼ Attendance Allowance: 600 THB to 1,000 THB per month (gradually increasing).
⎼ Living Allowance: 800 THB / month (After probation)
⎼ Transportation Allowance: Actual cost (Max2,500 THB)
