【Job Description】
- Oversee and control the entire warehouse operation to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Manage staff headcount, skill development, coaching, and performance motivation.
- Manage warehouse equipment, operational costs, and departmental expenses.
- Ensure Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery (SQCD) targets are met effectively.
- Monitor and report Departmental KPI results to the management team.
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum space utilization and supply efficiency.
- Coordinate with Logistics, Planning, Purchasing, and Production departments.
- Maintain and manage accurate data for receiving, stocking, and issuing materials.
- Ensure all operations comply with company regulations and IATF16949 standards.

【Qualification】
- Male or Female, aged 30–45 years.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Warehouse or Logistics management within a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 3 years of experience at a Management/Supervisor level.
- English: Intermediate to Business level (Good command of speaking required).
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills under high pressure.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Direct experience or knowledge in IATF16949, VDA, or MMOG/LE is highly preferred.
