Sales Account Executive [FMCG] Modern Trade Sales

【Job Description】
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing Modern Trade (MT) accounts to sustain and grow sales volume
- Proactively identify and acquire new clients to expand business opportunities
- Deeply understand client requirements and present effective solutions
- Manage pricing strategies and lead negotiations to ensure optimal profit margins
- Coordinate with internal departments, such as sales and logistics, to ensure seamless ordering and delivery processes
- Responsible for following up on payments and ensuring timely debt collection
- Analyze sales data and market trends using POS Analysis
- Prepare monthly reports summarizing successes, challenges, and market insights for presentation to sales and marketing teams
- Provide regular updates on sales performance and client status to management
- Conduct client visits approximately 3–4 days per week (Target: Lotus's, Big C, Tops, Central Group, The Mall Group, etc.)
- Other related tasks as assigned

【Qualification】
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Sales experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience with a preference for experience in the modern trade channel
(e.g., hypermarkets, department stores)
- Industry experience : in FMCG, Traditional Trade, or B2B (stationery or related products)
- PC skill : Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP) and other MS Office applications
- Strong analytical skills : such as PCDA, SWOT, to understand market dynamics, identify opportunities, and develop strategies
- English Fluency : At least conversational English skills are needed to communicate with foreigner heads verbally and written.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle
- Ability to travel to visit clients in various areas, including provincial trips

【Allowance & Benefit】
- Social Security Fund
- Sales Commission :Depending on the assigned customer (around 10,000 Baht of the 100% target range)
- Travel Allowance : 1,000 THB
- Mobile Allowance : 1,000 THB
- Car Maintenance : Based on the car type and condition, with a maximum of 3,500
- Gasoline Allowance : Based on actual usage, maximum 5,000 Baht (*Fleet card)
- Customer Service Allowance: 3,000 THB
- OT (After the probation period)
