【Job Description】
- Establish and lead the Food Safety Team starting April 2026 to achieve FSSC 22000 certification by March 2027
- Develop annual plans for existing HACCP and ISO 9001 certifications and manage team members to ensure execution
- Coordinate with external consultants to align internal processes with FSSC 22000 international standards
- Manage and prepare all necessary documentation and procedures for external certification audits
- Ensure the factory successfully passes all periodic external audits and international certification assessments
- Lead, mentor, and provide technical knowledge to existing team members regarding food safety management systems
- Report directly to the Japanese Manager regarding the progress of food safety initiatives and audit readiness
- Other related tasks as assigned

【Qualification】
- Extensive knowledge and direct experience with FSSC 22000 standards and implementation
- Strong leadership skills with experience serving as a Food Safety Team Leader (highly preferred)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with external consultants and internal management
- Competency in strategic planning and project management to meet certification deadlines
- Good communication skills to report to and work closely with a Japanese supervisor

- Mobile allowance: 300 B / Month
- Transportation: Actual rate
- Probation: 119 days

【Working Hour】
- 8:00-17:00
- Saturday work: Depends on the company regulation
- Annual leaves: 6 days

- Report line: Reporting to Japanese Manager
- Number of members: Approximately 10 people (Team's average age is mid-30s)
