【Job Description】
-Responsible for supervising and controlling all utilities and facilities operations to ensure stable supply, high system reliability, safety, legal compliance, and energy efficiency to support manufacturing operations.
-This role leads supervisors and technicians, ensures preventive and corrective maintenance execution, manages utilities systems performance, driving continuous improvements and efficiencies, monitoring key performance indicators, and staying current with technical developments and trends in the field, coordinates with external authorities, and ensures compliance with Food Safety, Quality, Safety, Environment, regulatory standards (GHP, GMP, HACCP, ISO, FSSC 22000, FDA, HALAL, etc.) and Energy Saving requirements as well as applicable laws and industrial regulations.

【Qualification】
-Male, Age 28–35 years old
-Minimum 5 years’ experience in Utilities & Facilities, Maintenance, or Engineering within manufacturing/industrial, F&B, or FMCG environments
-At least 3 years’ supervisory experience managing supervisors and/or technicians
-Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
-Strong knowledge of maintenance systems, preventive maintenance, and reliability principles
-Solid technical expertise in utilities systems (electrical, HVAC, compressed air, water, wastewater, chiller, cooling tower, fire protection, energy systems)
-Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
-Good understanding of safety, compliance, and environmental regulations
-Proven leadership skills with ability to lead teams and drive continuous improvement
-Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
-Able to work under pressure
