【Job Description】
-Assists the Production Manager with directing the operations of the Refinery Edible Oil including safety, food safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale and employee relations.
-Production Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our production facilities, ensuring efficient, and effective manufacturing processes.
-The responsibilities include reviewing production records, scheduling production, and maintaining equipment.
-To maintain an inventory of all necessary ingredients, test quality, set quality standards, and ensure operations remain as efficient as possible while implementing new technologies.

【Qualification】
-Male, 28–35 years old
-Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Food Science/Technology, Agro-Industry, or related field
-Minimum 5 years’ experience in Manufacturing/Production Operations (preferably supervisory level) in Food, Palm Oil, FMCG, or related industries
-Strong production knowledge with solid planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
-Good leadership, communication, and team management skills
-Proficient in production data analysis, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and continuous improvement
-Knowledge of food safety standards (FSSC/ISO 22000, GMP, HACCP, Halal)
-Computer literate (MS Office) with good English communication skills
-Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong commitment to safety and compliance
