【Job Description】
- Provide timely, professional, and courteous support to customers and the Sales team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and coordinating matters related to sales orders, deliveries, and other important issues via phone and email.
- Process sales orders accurately and handle all related documentation, including import-export-related documents.
- Perform sales administration and sales support duties assigned by the Sales team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, profiles, filing systems, and documentation.
- Carry out general administrative duties to support daily sales and business operations.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management in support of company operations.

【Qualification】
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience in customer service, sales support, or the packaging industry is an advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Good interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team under high-pressure situations.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel; analytical skills are an advantage.

【Allowance & Benefit】
After Probation
- Allowance for Transportation: 2,000THB/ month

【Working Hour】
Monday - Friday : 08.00 a.m. - 05.00 a.m.
