【Job Description】
- Responsible for overseeing and managing multiple food outlets to ensure operational excellence
- Monitor and evaluate store performance, sales targets, and service quality standards
- Supervise, coach, and provide training to store managers and staff members
- Conduct initial hands-on operations training for the first month to gain a deep understanding of store workflows
- Manage inventory, cost control, and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Coordinate with various departments to implement marketing strategies and promotional activities
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management to improve business efficiency
- Other related tasks as assigned

【Qualification】
- Aged from Late in 20s – 30s
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience in multi-unit management or area management within the FC business of F&B or retail
- English: Daily conversation level
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic PC skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel flexibly between different store locations
(Primarily around the Asoke area, the company will cover the actual travel expenses)
- Proactive, highly motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

- Perfect attendance : 250B/Week (1,000B/month)
- Transportation : 1,000 B / Month (Fix)

9:00-18:00
