【Job Description】
- Supporting Daily Operations: Assisting the restaurant manager in overseeing daily activities, including opening and closing procedures, reservations, and service quality.
- Staff Supervision and Training: Managing and mentoring front-of-house staff, ensuring proper training, performance, and adherence to service standards.
- Customer Service: Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing guest complaints, requests, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Inventory and Supply Management: Assisting in managing inventory levels, placing orders for supplies, and ensuring the availability of necessary items.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensuring that all health, safety, and sanitation standards are strictly followed by all staff members.
- Financial Oversight: Assisting in managing budgets, tracking sales, and helping achieve financial targets by implementing cost control measures.
- Any other responsibilities assigned by the company in relation to your position.
【Qualification】
- Experience as a floor staff member at a high-end restaurant
- Experience in store management
- Business-level English proficiency or higher
- Strong hospitality skills
