【Job Description】
⎼ Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify and understand their business needs
⎼ Identify and develop new business opportunities within the optical components market
⎼ Collaborate closely with the headquarters in Japan to provide technical solutions and resolve customer issues
⎼ Facilitate communication and negotiations between Japanese clients and the regional team
⎼ Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to support business growth
⎼ Other related tasks as assigned
** A company car will be provided (a driver will be assigned when available)
【Qualification】
⎼ Age: Approximately 23-35
⎼ Gender: Any
⎼ Proven experience in B2B sales or corporate account management
⎼ Ability to identify customer issues and propose effective solutions
⎼ Japanese: Business level (JLPT N2 or equivalent) for effective coordination with the Japanese headquarters
⎼ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
⎼ Must holds a driver's license

⎼ Background or interest in the optical components or high-precision manufacturing industry
【Allowance & Benefit】
⎼ Language Allowance: 7,000 THB
⎼ Position Allowance: 3,000 THB (for supervisor level)
⎼ Diligence Allowance: 500 THB
⎼ Transportation Allowance: 30–50 THB per day
⎼ Meal Allowance: 50 THB per day
⎼ Company mobile phone provided for business use
⎼ Annual Health Check-up
⎼ Annual Salary Increment: Average 3%
⎼ Bonus: Approximately 2.5 months
【Working Hour】
8:00-17:00
Saturday work: Every other week
Annual Holidays: 100 days per year
