【Job Description】
- Responsible for expanding sales of precision reduction gears, auto connectors, and marine products in Thailand and the Southeast Asian market
- Conduct sales presentations to local clients, including the preparation of presentation materials and development of sales strategies
- Perform market research, information gathering, and client interviews to support sales proposals
- Prepare sales-related documents such as reports, quotations, and maintain order and sales management records
- Coordinate delivery schedules with customers and manage shipping, invoicing, and accounts receivable
- Collaborate with the accounting department for internal information sharing
- Handle occasional overseas business trips and frequent domestic travel for client visits
- Other related tasks as assigned by the Managing Director or supervisors
【Qualification】
- At least 5 years of professional working experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (* Preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering)
- Language:
[Must] English: Business level or above (with the ability to participate in discussions with foreigners and handle technical documentation)
[Preferred] Japanese language skills are a plus : Intermediate or above
- Proficient in MS (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and professional email communication
[Advantage]
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of handling both administrative tasks and field assignments
- Experience in import-export and trade operations is an advantage
【Allowance & Benefit】
- Transportation Allowance: Up to 2,500 THB (for BTS, buses, or other public transport)
- Meal Allowance: 100 THB per working day
- Language Allowance:
TOEIC: 600+ (2,000 THB), 750+ (3,000 THB), 900+ (4,000 THB)
Japanese: N1 (5,000 THB), N2 (4,000 THB)
- Insurance: Available after probation
- Provident Fund: Available after probation
- Bonus: Performance-based (Minimum 1 month; 2024 result: 4 months, subject to individual evaluation)
(+α) Oversea business travel support: 1,400 - 2,000 B approximately
【Working Hour】
8:00–17:00
Monday–Friday
Holidays: Minimum 13 days per year
Annual Leave: Minimum 6 days per year (increases with tenure after probation)
Sick Leave: 30 days per year (after probation)
