【Job Description】
Responsible for sales operations and expanding market presence within Thailand and Southeast Asian markets, including Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, and Myanmar.
- Conduct professional presentations and propose maintenance services, spare parts, testing equipment, and specialized tools to railway customers
- Perform market research and onsite information gathering at railway maintenance facilities to support sales strategies and technical proposals
- Develop comprehensive sales strategies and prepare presentation materials, either independently or in collaboration with local agents
- Manage the full sales cycle, including order processing, sales tracking, delivery coordination, invoicing, and accounts receivable management
- Handle technical documentation and provide guidance related to maintenance services and equipment specifications
- Facilitate internal information sharing and coordination with the accounting department
- Execute frequent overseas business trips and domestic travel to support regional clients and onsite inspections
- Other related tasks as assigned
【Qualification】
- Aged between 30 and 38 years old
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (* Preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering)
- Language:
[English] Business level or above (with the ability to participate in discussions with foreigners and handle technical documentation)
[Japanese] Business level or above (= JLPT N2, with the ability for business email with Japan HQ)
- Strong literacy in reading contracts and technical manuals, with the ability to draft professional proposals
- Proficient in MS (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and professional email communication
[Advantage]
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of handling both administrative tasks and field assignments
- Experience in import-export and trade operations is an advantage
【Allowance & Benefit】
- Transportation Allowance: Up to 2,500 THB (for BTS, buses, or other public transport)
- Meal Allowance: 100 THB per working day
- Language Allowance:
TOEIC: 600+ (2,000 THB), 750+ (3,000 THB), 900+ (4,000 THB)
Japanese: N1 (5,000 THB), N2 (4,000 THB)
- Insurance: Available after probation
- Provident Fund: Available after probation
- Bonus: Performance-based (Minimum 1 month; 2024 result: 4 months, subject to individual evaluation)
(+α) Oversea business travel support: 1,400 - 2,000 B approximately
【Working Hour】
8:00–17:00
Monday–Friday
Holidays: Minimum 13 days per year
Annual Leave: Minimum 6 days per year (increases with tenure after probation)
Sick Leave: 30 days per year (after probation)
