【Job Description】
-Collaborate with relevant sections to analyze and identify training needs and human resource development for current and future tasks and projects.
-Partner with sections to design and deliver a learning journey aligned with the organization's goals.
-Execute training activities and communicate the training plan to all relevant stakeholders.
-Monitor and evaluate training outcomes, including performance improvements, satisfaction, and competency growth.
-Continuously update and maintain training records, certifications, summaries, and reports. Stay informed
about trends, technologies, and tools in the software industry for ongoing improvements.
-Provide regular feedback and insights on training programs, suggest areas for improvement aligned with the organization's goals.
【Qualification】
-Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or other related disciplines.
-2-5 years of experience in Learning, Development, People Development, or related fields.
-Ability to analyze training needs and effectively summarize key findings.
-Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and determine the root causes to find practical solutions.
-Communication and Presentation: Skills in communicating and presenting training content to different audiences.
-Teamwork & Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with teams and stakeholders at various levels within the organization.
-Result-Oriented: Demonstrates a strong drive to achieve measurable outcomes, consistently focusing on goals, delivering high-quality results, and ensuring tasks contribute effectively to overall objectives.
-Growth Mindset: A strong desire to continuously learn, improve, and embrace challenges as opportunities for personal and professional growth.
-Able to create documents, emails, and reports in English.
-Japanese language skills are a plus.
【Allowance & Benefit】
-Diligent Allowance 500-1,000 THB/Month (Not fixed but depend on attendance and will be pay step by step)
-Transportation : 60 THB/Day (Not fixed : but will not pay in case of take leave or holiday.)
-Bonus : 2 time/year- June & Dec (Not fixed: Depend on company profit )
-Provident fund : 5%
-Annual leave : 6-12 Days/Year depending on service years
