【Job Description】
⎼ Manage workforce planning, full-cycle recruitment, and payroll processes.
⎼ Ensure company regulations comply with Thai labor laws.
⎼ Oversee performance evaluations and annual training programs.
⎼ Manage department budgets and implement cost-reduction strategies.
⎼ Handle salary data for Japanese executives and liaise with Japan HQ.
⎼ Serve as an interpreter when necessary.
⎼ Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
⎼ Female, under 48 years old.
⎼ Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Japanese, or related fields.
⎼ 10+ years in HR/Admin management (5+ as Manager, 3+ in manufacturing).
⎼ Proficient in all HR functions, Thai labor laws, and ISO 9001:2015.
⎼ JLPT N3 or higher (N2 preferred) and Business English proficiency.
⎼ Strong leadership abilities and capable of working under pressure.

-Language Japanese: 3,000〜15,000THB/ English: 2,000〜6,000THB

【Working Hour】
-Working hours: 8.00-17.00
-Saturday and Sunday: Saturday - Every Other Week
